These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 6s6 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6s6 ("6s6", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 6s6 website, mobile web application, and all related services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish games (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 6s6 platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood this Agreement in full; (b) you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
6s6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification. Continued use of the Services following publication of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services immediately.

Age Requirement — 21 and Above Only
All 6s6 services are strictly reserved for adults aged 21 years and above. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited without appeal.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold exactly one active 6s6 account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments
All transactions on 6s6 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6s6 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Any form of fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. 6s6 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is detected.
1. Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Verification. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any 6s6 service. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. 6s6 may request identity and age verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria. In addition to meeting the age requirement, you must: (a) be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent); (b) not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 6s6 employee; (c) not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; and (d) not be a self-excluded player whose exclusion period remains active.
1.3 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated at all times. 6s6 reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading registration information is detected. Any funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
1.4 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 6s6 account. If 6s6 determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances, bonus credits, or winnings may be forfeited. Players who have previously been excluded or banned may not create new accounts.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6s6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 6s6's discretion. Players will be notified of changes via the platform.
2.2 Minimum Transaction Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players with fully verified accounts may be eligible for higher transaction limits upon request.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 6s6 aims to complete the majority of withdrawals within 4 hours during peak operating periods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
2.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. 6s6 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods that differ from those used to fund the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
2.5 Currency. All transactions on the 6s6 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, wager values, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. 6s6 does not accept or issue payments in foreign currencies.
2.6 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from 6s6's operational funds. This separation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the business. Players may request a statement of their account balance at any time by contacting customer support.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 General Bonus Terms. 6s6 offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
3.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by 6s6 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the total bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
3.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 6s6 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake value. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and fish games contribute 20%. Cricket and sports betting wagers contribute based on odds — bets with odds below 1.50 may not count. 6s6 reserves the right to amend game contribution rates at any time.
3.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to an account will expire and be removed. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are non-recoverable. Players will not receive compensation for expired bonuses under any circumstances.
3.5 Abuse Prevention. 6s6 operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, co-ordinated play across multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, and deposits made solely to claim bonuses followed by immediate withdrawal attempts. Where abuse is identified, 6s6 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.
4. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
4.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on 6s6 are subject to acceptance by the platform. 6s6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event affected by an obvious error in odds, where the bet is placed after an event has concluded, or where the platform suspects fraudulent activity.
4.2 Obvious Errors. If an obvious error in price, odds, payout, or game outcome occurs due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, 6s6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. "Obvious error" means any odds, price, or payout that is clearly inconsistent with the prevailing fair market at the time the bet was placed.
4.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets on 6s6 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, void decisions, or results under appeal, 6s6's settlement decisions are final and based on the most authoritative available information.
4.4 Live Casino Games. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer draws. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round result shall stand as recorded by the game server. 6s6 is not liable for player losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection.
4.5 Slots & Crash Games. Slot game results are determined by certified random number generators provided by licensed software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Crash game outcomes, including Aviator by Spribe, are determined by provably fair algorithms. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
4.6 Maximum Payout Limits. 6s6 applies maximum single-event payout limits as follows: sports betting ৳500,000 per bet; live casino ৳300,000 per hand or round; slots ৳1,000,000 per spin (subject to game-level caps set by the software provider). Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the applicable maximum. Players are encouraged to review limits before placing high-value wagers.
5. Responsible Gaming & Account Closure
5.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 6s6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 5.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from 6s6. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
5.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request permanent closure of their 6s6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
5.4 Account Closure by 6s6. 6s6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is suspected; the player has provided false registration information; or the player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by 6s6 due to confirmed fraud or breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability & General Provisions
6.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6s6 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: use or inability to use the Services; unauthorised access to or alteration of player data; any other matter relating to the Services. 6s6's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6.2 Service Availability. 6s6 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 6s6's reasonable control (including acts of God, network outages, or government action) may temporarily affect access to the Services. 6s6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
6.3 Intellectual Property. All content on the 6s6 platform, including logos, graphics, software, game titles, and written materials, is the intellectual property of 6s6 or its licensed suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Privacy. 6s6 collects, stores, and processes player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6.5 Governing Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
6.6 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
6.7 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 6s6 with respect to your use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
